The award was presented at the National Infrastructure Awards hosted by Infrastructure Partnerships Australia (hereinafter, “IPA”), Australia’s leading Infrastructure industry organization.

To promote the success of infrastructure projects across Australia, IPA annually selects exceptional infrastructure projects delivered by industry for notable recognition.

Sydney Metro Northwest Project was selected because of its contribution to the Australian economy, its transformation of how people are transported in Sydney, its track record of delivering complex infrastructure on schedule, and its maintenance of good relationships and partnerships with the government, contractors, operators and advisors.

Project Detail	Construction of 23 km of new railway track in North West Sydney as well as upgrades of 13km of an existing section of the rail network. Eight new stations and five upgraded stations. Operation and maintenance of the 36 km railway system for 15 years.
Service commencement	May 2019
